Thanks for speaking to me today. Yuko and Grant and I are very excited about your company and personal touches. Here is a general idea of what we have been thinking:

Ceremony around 1100 (can be flexible on time), Sep 19th. Most interested in anything by water or the beach, but realize we are limited based on number of guests.

Music – possibly ukulele/singer?
Chairs for about 35-40 guests (total in attendance probably up to 45)

Arch and chairs

Arch (simple/white, no bold colors)   Use sample of the mermaid arch

Planner/assistant is welcome, but we will use our own pastor to officiate

Photographer— We are thinking of doing pictures at a beach either just before or after the ceremony (if the ceremony is not on the beach), then heading to the reception. I'm not sure if it's better for us to go through you for a photographer for the reception too or if we should book separately.   Add two hours photos

We may have to assess how long we truly need/want the photographer depending on the price per hour. If we did photos, ceremony, and reception, I imagine that could take up to 5-6 hours potentially.

Transportation (wedding party of probably about 8 plus about 16-18 other guests from Hale Koa hotel).

We're open to different options here. Not everyone (or maybe anyone) needs to ride in a limo. Also, the reception venue isn't set yet, but looking at Hale Koa or another venue in Waikiki.

Add Limo 8 passenger

Potential Add-ons: hair and make-up, flower bouquet, white flowers for the aisle, “green leafy lei” for the groom, flower head/hair piece for bride, wedding cake for reception (may not be required depending on venue for reception)

I'll note that we are very open to suggestions/changes. Of note, we will be getting married "on paper" in Japan prior to coming (for logistical purposes) and won't require services such as marriage license processing.

I appreciate your help! Please take care of yourself during these difficult times.

All the best,

Grant Morgan and Yuko Mitsuhata
