Where do we even begin to express how unforgettable our wedding was, thanks to Paul and Dewi at Aloha Island Weddings! My husband and I got married on Waimanalo Bay Beach on May 6, 2011 and our special day was filled with magical moments to be cherished forever. Paul & Dewi went above and beyond their duties to make our day worry free, fun, and extraordinary.
We were worried about planning a destination wedding from California, not being able to view the site, look at the colors of the fabrics, or meet our wedding coordinators, but our worries and distractions faded away as Paul & Dewi put our spirits at ease. They were able to allow us to personalize our wedding to the last detail and the extra care they took and the time they spent on every detail was very evident as everything flowed smoothly on the day of despite rain in the forecast =) We were relaxed and carefree throughout the experience and beyond! The day could not have been more perfect from the music, the flowers, the pictures, the set up on the beach, reception, videos, etc. We highly recommend you guys to everyone we know and praise about the wonderful service you guys provide. You guys were not just our wedding coordinators, but have become wonderful friends that we hope to keep in touch and visit when we are in Oahu Thanks again for being so professional and putting all of our fears to rest. Absolutely amazing to work with. Yes as other reviews state, this a husband and wife team, however this is what makes them more special. They understand how important your wedding day is and that you want it to be special. Yes they may take a bit of time here and there to get back with you, but it was always timely and never too late. When we arrived in Hawaii, we were give extra special treatment, more than expected with big planning firms. They pay extra special attention to details and are flexible to your needs. The photos and videography are amazing and yes, the sets up are just as beautiful as you see on their website.
Also they only do one wedding a day, so you will be dealing directly with Paul and Dewi on the day of your wedding.
We highly recommend Aloha Island Weddings.

7 years ago my lovely wife and I decided we wanted to get married in our favorite location in the island of Oahu, the city of Kailua. We didn't want the traditional white wedding that others dreamed about. We wanted to have the wedding our way...a simple and intimate beach wedding with the ones that truly mean a lot to us. So with our research, we found Alohaislandweddings.com. A company that had just emerged, included everything that we were looking for. The wedding coordinators Paul and Dewi were awesome. They went above and beyond to our every wish. Not a detail spared. The communication via internet and phone was never a disappointment. With answering every question and concern, Paul and Dewi left us feeling stress-free and looking forward to our special day. During our final days preceding the wedding, we finally met one another and immediately felt a strong connection. I think that is really important when one gets married. All the things Paul and Dewi promised was true and real. They showed us the exact spot to where we would tie the knot, took us cake tasting, gave us options on Dewi's flower expertise, gave us a tour around the island and just hung out with us. It was a special treat to have that kind of hospitality with you as your wedding coordinators. Finally on our wedding day, Paul and Dewi surprised us on an even more beautiful wedding then was described. They took the liberty of getting to know my wife and I, of our likes and dislikes at the time we spent prior to our wedding day, and worked from that to create the most beautiful experience we could ever imagine...our wedding day! My wedding was four years ago but I wanted to put this review up for those who are looking for a wedding coordinator in Hawaii. I had the best wedding any girl can ask for; the wedding coordination, preparation, and results were extremely successful and could not have been better. Paul and Dewi's services will be your one-stop shop if you have a wedding in Hawaii.
The day started with make-up and photography, everyone arrived on time and the make-up for all of my bridesmaids, mothers, and myself were immaculate. I felt like a princess and I have never seen my mom so beautiful! Our photographer was one of the best in Hawaii and he currently does work internationally. Not only did he take a pictures, he was also our fire dancer. We killed two birds with one stone there.
Our beautiful ceremony was held at Waimanolo beach with a outdoor chapel adorned with beautiful fragrant flowers, a lovely harpist who played heavenly music, the sight of the turquoise-blue clear water with the backdrop of Chinaman's Hat, it was absolutely breathtaking and out of this world! Our reception was held at a celebrity house which we rented for the evening. It was so intimate for our family and friends, and we were glad we did not have it at a hotel or restaurant. Every sequence of events that happened were coordinated in perfect harmony. My wedding is still spoken about so highly to this day as being the best wedding my family and friends attended so far and we could not have done it without

Best decision ever! Paul was super easy to work with over the phone and emails (since I'm from California) he was very flexible as well. He also helped us customize our wedding package to fit into our budget, he always asked us what or how we wanted things and gave us plenty of ideas; We had a meeting when we arrived to the island and he brought samples and pictures of the colors to choose from to finalize the last details. He was super organized and friendly. I really enjoyed working with him and his wife, the ceremony turned out beautiful! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking to get married in paradise. Thanks again Aloha Island Weddings :)
Paul was awesome! Our wedding was beautiful and inexpensive!I would definitely recommend him for your wedding.He pretty much provided everything decor,music,photographer,minister,and even did a live broadcast for our family back home.
Paul is not my wedding coordinator, but I have a few good words about him according to my work experience with him.
The reason that Paul couldn't be our wedding coordinator is that the private asset I booked as my venue appointed their own wedding coordinator to us, not allowing external coordinator.
Paul and Dewi are professional, patient, and caring people. They took time to meet with you initially to listen to your thoughts and vision of your wedding. They searched everywhere and all the information to make you feel comfortable and happy with your needs. They make you feel that they put you in the first place and care about what you need.
So, I will definitely recommend Aloha Island Weddings to any bride who wants a professional wedding coordinator and a dreamy wedding in Hawaii.

Paul did a good job in providing wedding package for those from the land like us. He arranged everything from decorating the site to taking photographs and networking with other several wedding services including make-up specialist, wedding cake, restaurants, musicians ect for you to choose from, which I found very useful, got to love the make-up lady and wedding cake he referred. My wedding was on a windy day so we didn't get the best background we want but it was good in general thanks to Paul.. He is great and very easy to work with.

Let me first say that I'm a tad (a lot) OCD, so planning a wedding/reception on Oahu, while residing in Washington state was a bit of a stretch for me.
Paul always kept in touch every step of the way, updating me on any changes or decisions I still needed to make, timelines, coordinating with floral/cake/venue, meeting me 6mo out during trial run to walk the venue, offering to drive us to airport, even letting me ship quite a few amazon loads to his office! He is the most genuine, caring coordinator I have ever worked with. You can really tell he loves what he does and the people he brings together.
I cannot say enough good things about this company! If you want an organized, detail oriented wedding coordinator to whom you end up forming a life lasting friendship with... it's Paul with Aloha Island Weddings. 17 years experience & it really shows in his beautiful work!
I absolutely recommend Paul and his wife. They helped me last minute with a beautiful wedding package. From the prepping, the ceremony, and the photography, it was nothing short of great customer service, communication, and beautiful presentation. I worked with this company through the bride of the wedding I performed. Paul and Dewi were great to work with. Paul was extremely calm throughout the entire process and wanted the bride's input on everything. Far too often the wedding planner just talks a couple times to the bride and then goes off and does their own thing. Paul didn't do this. There were consultations and meetings leading up to the day before the wedding.
I was able to run through the ceremony I had written up to finalize the format and how the ceremony would go. The wedding took place at Waimānalo Beach Park and it was verbatim, what the bride wanted it to be. There was a snafu with the bride's family who lived on the island not being able to find the wedding location. It involved some heated words between the bride and her family to which Paul stepped in, called the family to find out where they were and drove to their location to pick them up and bring them to the wedding site. It's comical looking back on it, but in the moment it was extremely stressful and Paul handled it with grace.
Paul was also good about the groom's curve ball, the bride knew nothing about, to changing the first dance song. He was accommodating and just great to work with. A+ for sure

The best wedding coordinator alive! This is a husband and wife team who go above and beyond to make your dream wedding possible. My husband and I decided to have an intimate destination wedding in Hawaii and began searching venues online. We found alohaislandweddings.com & fell in love with the gorgeous photos and settings. We put down our deposit and secured our wedding date only a month in advance!
Once arriving in Hawaii we met with Paul who is very professional and hands on. We chose our wedding colors, flowers, cake, and everything necessary for our wedding. Paul created our exact vision!
Our wedding was right on the beach with everything we asked for plus more! The beach was secluded which allowed our moment and photos to be so special! If you're looking for a stress-free, beautiful, and easy, wedding you need to contact Paul. He knows what he's doing & your wedding will be the best day of your life (as if should be!)
We got married on a Wednesday and planned leaving five days later. Paul had our pictures and wedding DVD ready before our departure back home; He even hand delivered these items to our hotel. He is honestly the best. Good luck to all the future Mr. and Mrs. out there!!!

Planning a wedding is stressful, make it a destination wedding where you don't have the resources to do a site inspection beforehand? Add double the stress! My mom found Aloha Island Wedding's website and I read many, many reviews (along with other companies) and it all just made me nervous and not want to make any decisions. Finally I called him to get a better feeling on his planning skills. After all, it's not buying a pair of shoes, its planning your wedding, the supposedly most magical day of your life!
My first conversation with Paul settled my nerves and I knew he was the right coordinator for us. Within 24 hours he already had a wedding site uploaded with how our wedding would look, down to the last detail. He handles everything! We reached out to him about 9 months before the wedding. After we made the decision he be our coordinator, we gave him a deposit. He didn't ask for any more money until about a month before, which was only another third of what we owed him, we gave him the final payment when we arrived. That made me feel so much better! I had this sneaking suspicion he was just some random guy on a pay phone screwing with us. But boy was I wrong. He called me almost a dozen times the week before we departed with questions about the cake, the reception we were planning, my marriage license, the day of itinerary (which he posted on our wedding website) etc. Every call made me feel better. I also sent two packages to his office beforehand that held my favors and welcome bags for my guests. He helped me track the packages and gave me confirmations when they arrived.
When we arrived in Hawaii, he picked us up the following day to go over everything. He gave us a great foundation and all my nerves went out the window. He took us to the office to get our marriage license, he took us on a little hike up Old Poli Road and we did a quick photo shoot, then he took us to two locations of where we could be wed so we could make the decision. He took us out for Japanese Udon noodles and then he brought us back to his office to go over, literally, every single detail of the wedding. The music, the harpist, the sashes on the chairs and bamboo arch, the flowers, the cake ,the layout of the ceremony with Rev. Kimo and more. He even took us to Wal-Mart so I could buy the last couple of items I needed for the welcome bags.
The day of the wedding was even better than I had imagined. Paul's wife, Dewi, showed up around 9:00 with all the bridal bouquets, which were fantastic. She spent the morning taking photos of us getting ready, as well as my fiancé. She was open to the ideas that I wanted and came up with plenty of her own. I absolutely loved working with Dewi, she was so sweet and blended in! I'm sure she got some amazing candid shots. Paul even sent me some pictures as he was setting up the site out on the beach. The limos were great, picked us up right on time, and brought us out to the wedding site. The ceremony was absolutely perfect, the chairs, the harpist, the bamboo arch with the sashes and flowers were exactly what I wanted.
Here's the best part. After the ceremony, while we were taking photos, guess who showed up? The police! I don't know who would have the audacity to call the cops on a couple getting married, but there they were making sure we had the right to be there. But our hero, Paul, pulled out the permit and they disappeared within minutes. I wish we would have gotten photos of that. After that we did photos on the beach and then we went up to Maku pu cliffs with Stephanie Yanik, who was so nice and great at giving directions of how to pose.
Then we took the limo to our reception at Diamond Head Luau. Paul and Dewi came with us and we took even more photos- sunset and in the aquarium.
Before we arrived I shared a picture with Paul for a night time shoot with sparklers. I think he was more excited than I was. He special ordered them and we did it for about an hour. It was late, the hubs and I were exhausted and he just wanted to keep going! The night finally ended and it was official. Aloha Island Weddings gave me the wedding of my dreams.
Stunning and vibrant photos, and extremely friendly photographers. The colors absolutely pop, and they use interesting lenses to really showcase the landscape.
We have used Aloha Island Weddings' photography services twice now. They coordinated our good friends' wedding back in 2012. Their wedding was absolutely gorgeous and right out of a dream. They picked the most beautiful locales for the photos (at least three different spots), and the whole bridal party got some absolutely stunning pictures - the colors are so rich and bright! The pictures look like a celebrity wedding or right out of a magazine.
We just returned from another trip back in March, and this time, we brought our four month old baby, and some friends with their four-year old little girl. We loved Aloha Island Weddings' work so much, that we looked them up and asked them to take pictures of our very first family vacation. Paul and Dewi took absolutely beautiful photos that will forever be treasured. They suggested a really picturesque spot at Waimanalo Beach Park, where you can see the beach, forest, and mountains all in one shot. This location was perfect for us since it's an accessible beach and I use a wheelchair. They were extremely accommodating and easy to work with, even offering to do a second location shoot for the same price. They're extremely patient, and take the time to listen to your suggestions. They brought such cute props, too, so we didn't have to worry about buying them there - hula skirts, a little ukulele, beads, headdress, etc. They were FANTASTIC with the kids! Our friends' little girl dressed up like a hula dancer with the ukulele and it was so cute! They took tons of photos so we had a bunch of beautiful images - and we received them all for a really fantastic price. They were even kind enough to drop off a flash drive full of the images for us at our hotel before we left back to the mainland. We have so many keepsake images from this trip, that I put together a scrapbook from the trip. Without a doubt, I'd use them again. I can't praise their work enough, and I would strongly recommend anyone who wants to memorialize their trip to consider their services.
This wedding coordinator did a fantastic job with our wedding. The best part was how fast they got our pictures back to us, and that we had several CDs to sift through. The pictures/videos on their website do a great job showing the fantastic work that you WILL receive - it is not just their best work. We were very pleased with the whole day and to have such great pictures/video footage to remember our whirlwind of a day. The reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5, is a result of the "Hawaiian" way of life. Like most destination weddings, the plans can't be set in stone until you get there - and this drives some of us mainlanders nuts. As a result of working last minute, some of the small details I hoped for did not appear on the day. But to be honest, it didn't matter because the overall effect of the day was PERFECT. If the Bride doesn't say anything - nobody notices. :) Overall, I highly suggest Paul and Dewi: They are VERY accommodating and pleasure to work with. THANK YOU!!!!

Found the incredible pictures on alohaislandweddings.com and immediately emailed. I wanted Paul to do my beach wedding so badly that I changed my date so that they could do it. And WOW are we so THANKFUL we did!!! We had a small wedding at Baby Makapu'u beach. It was absolutely beautiful. The decorations, the flowers, the arch, and the sand ceremony were perfect! Paul recommended a great hair and makeup lady (Makeup by May) and lei shops as well as pointed us in the right direction to pick up our wedding license. He spent time with us via email, phone, and met with us for a couple hours as soon as we landed in Honolulu to finalize the details. Our wedding day was perfect because of Paul!!! Paul and his wife Dewi took phenomenal pictures that we LOVE and will be able to remember this day forever!! My husband and I celebrated our Wedding one month ago.. To sum it up Paul and Dewi made our day MAGIC. We first came across Aloha Island Weddings August 2015 , being an international bride I was nervous about getting everything organised, but from the first day I spoke to Paul my mind and soul was at ease.
We met up with him in November 15 when we flew from Australia to Hawaii to plan our big day, my now husband and I immediately knew we made the right decision, his knowledge and reassurance was amazing! It felt like we were meeting up with a friend!
Our wedding day in August of 2016 went off with out a hitch! Everything was perfect it was more then I could of imagined! We had Paul over the following day for a BBQ With our family and friends who had traveled over with us, and he took us for a post wedding photo shoot where he took the most spectacular photos!
Paul is a man of his word, he delivers what he promises! He is professional, friendly and an all over great person! We already cannot wait to go back to Hawaii and catch up with him!

I still remember it was just two months before my intended wedding date (5/17/19) and I called to see if it is even possible to do this wedding in such little time. And Paul told me of course! The planning was completely stress-free, just with a couple of phone calls and emails and everything was put together perfectly. Paul was very easy going to talk to and always trying to accomodate everything i wanted for the wedding. Most importantly, the total cost of the wedding was very affordable and budget-friendly for what you actually getting!
Also, the decorations and photos are all so detailed and lovely. Dewi has such excellent photography skills and Paul has amazing creativity and vision, and they made everything exactly like what we dreamt of. Everyone who saw our wedding videos and pictures were all very impressed!! My family also had sooo much fun at the wedding and Paul and Dewi made sure we enjoyed ourselves duthe wedding day. I am really glad that I found Paul and his company to plan for my wedding in Hawaii!
Words cannot even begin to explain how special Paul and Dewi made our special Day. My husband and I decided to have a wedding ceremony for our 10 year Anniversary (since we never had one). We found Paul online and he was amazing to work with from beginning to end.
We live in California so I was worried to send money to someone I never had met and on something I could not physically see but it all worked out and more perfect than I could have imagined. Paul kept in contact with us through our entire planning, responded almost immediately to every text which made our experience very reassuring. Paul even gave us a heads up on a vacation that he was going on and still responded to our questions when we had them.
I just love these two and could not thank them enough for making a dream wedding come true.

Paul and Dewi married my husband and I back in November 2018. What a wedding!
We are from the UK so as you can imagine I was very nervous about organising it from so far away. Especially when i like to be in control. Once we had spoken to Paul though all those fears went away. He explained the full process and the different options available to us. We made a bespoke package contract and from that moment on everything was smooth running.
We had most things sorted with Paul before we arrived, but met up when in Hawaii to confirm exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it.
On the day i was not nervous at all, as i trusted Paul and Dewi whole heartedly!!
We were not disappointed!! The setting was absolutely gorgeous and everything looked exactly how i had pictured it!!
The ceremony was beautiful and Paul even dealt with the fact that i basically ran down the aisle to get to my Husband!!
We incorporated as many Hawaiian traditions as possible, like the conch blowing at the start and end of the ceremony, the exchanging of the lei's, tiki torch lighting ceremony and we also had a Hawaiian blessing.
Paul even made it so that we could have our first dance under the palm on the beach with our song playing through a speaker, as we weren't having a traditional reception afterwards.
Paul met up with us a few days later and we had a photo shoot in the forest by a waterfall, Paul then used this footage to do a video for us mixed with footage from the actual wedding day.
We can not thank Paul and Dewi enough for our exquisite, intimate wedding. Especially as i had waited 15 years for it - thank you Paul and Dewi for taking my thoughts and ideas, mixing them with yours and making my special day the most amazing day ever - one we will never forget!!

There are not enough words to describe how easy and incredible was to work with Paul and his wife to organize our ceremony. We were very worried about doing it from far away but it ended much better than we could ever think. With few conversations they organized our wedding not the way we wanted, but MUCH BETTER then we were expecting. The violinist was great, the flowers, the breeze, just about EVERYTHING WAS OVER PERFECTION. Don't waste your time looking for somebody else to do your ceremony just do it with them! Thank you guys. We got married on April 26th of this year. Without Dewy & Paul, my husband and I wouldn't have been able to have our dream wedding the way we did! It all started in the beginning of 2018. My then-fiancé and I traveled to Oahu to look for venues, vendors and coordinators. We even went to the bridal convention they held in downtown but we were STILL so lost. Because I have a huge family who were all willing to fly to Hawaii (about 50), it seemed almost impossible to be able to get married on the beach. We were about to give up hope but then we came across Aloha Island Weddings. We gave them a call. Paul answered and basically lifted all the stress off of our shoulders. We didn't even meet him yet and we already knew we wanted him to be in charge of our special day. When we did meet him, he was so thorough about what to expect and what he needed from us. IT FELT SO GREAT TO STOP FREAKING OUT. Mind you, I was pregnant at the time so I was stressing pretty hard lol. We flew back to California and Paul called/texted/emailed me monthly then weekly when the wedding crept closer to ask what my vision for our wedding was. He is sooo easy to communicate with. Fast forward to the month of the wedding: Paul was making sure I approved of everything for the big day. His services provide you a photographer (his awesome wife Dewy), videographer, cake, limo, reverend, decor. Needless to say, I had absolutely no worries the day of because I knew Paul would come through for us. We said our vows on Kailua Beach with our whole family (around 55 guests) and then had our reception in downtown Honolulu where Paul and Dewy even helped with the decorations! Can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us!!

We live in San Francisco but wanted an affordable yet meaningful wedding ceremony. After setting our sights on Hawaii now we had to decide if I was going to drive myself crazy planning every detail from the mainland or working with someone who knows their stuff. Working with Paul and Dewi was a total dream come true. Not only would I not have known the secluded places to hold the ceremony or take pictures but I would have certainly not enjoyed the actual day. They are the way to go if you are looking for a personal touch!
Leading up to the wedding and day of I knew I could count on Paul and Dewi to help us put together a beautiful secluded ceremony. Everyone that they work with is very friendly, professional, and top notch. They are all there to make you feel comfortable, happy, and to take it all in.
We got a ton of pictures too. Not something you typically see in SF where photographers only give you the ones that they think are the best ones.

Trying to plan a vow renewal from the other side of the country while having 6hr time difference to communicate, I will say made me a bit nervous elf the outcome. But Paul superseded my expectations on the day of my vow renewal.

I still remember it was just two months before my intended wedding date (5/17/19) and I called to see if it is even possible to do this wedding in such little time. And Paul told me of course! The planning was completely stress-free, just with a couple of phone calls and emails and everything was put together perfectly. Paul was very easy going to talk to and always trying to accomodate everything i wanted for the wedding. Most importantly, the total cost of the wedding was very affordable and budget-friendly for what you’re actually getting!
Also, the decorations and photos are all so detailed and lovely. Dewi has such excellent photography skills and Paul has amazing creativity and vision, and they made everything exactly like what we dreamt of. My dream came true much better than expected
There are not enough words to describe how easy and incredible was to work with Paul and his wife to organize our ceremony. We were very worried about doing it from far away but it ended much better than we could ever think. With a few conversations they organized our wedding not the way we wanted, but MUCH BETTER then we were expecting. The violinist was great, the flowers, the breeze, the photos just about EVERYTHING WAS OVER PERFECTION. It took me a while to decide with who I should do my big day and I'm so glad I chose them. Don't waste your time looking for somebody else to do your ceremony just do it with them! They are the best!

We had our dream wedding on Wamainalo beach May 2012. Paul and Dewi handled everything from the flowers, to the entertainment and it was perfect. Our pictures were unbelievable and exceeded our expectations. It was so nice leaving the planning and coordination to someone I could trust. I have researched many businesses regarding wedding coordination and I must say I'm glad I went with my gut. When I first contacted Paul he was eager to express what could do for me to make my big day possible, even though it was about a week and a half from when I called. He was very kind and so helpful when I had questions. He said I could call at anytime if I had any questions, and this was when I was just shopping around. After a couple of days a seeing how other businesses were all about the money and not about the customer I knew Paul was my guy. He counseled me through everything down to the right flowers. As nervous as I was on the big day Paul calmed my nerves and took care of everything. He gave me the perfect wedding for what little money we had and I cant thank him enough for all hes done. Every bride should consider Aloha Island Weddings for their big day.

Paul was absolutely fabulous! I cannot say enough wonderful thing about him and his crew! At first people told me planning a wedding from far away would be hard hard but I would do it again and again! Paul was there for me for everything I needed and he went above and beyond on everything! I never imagined stepping out of the limo and the beach looking and stunningly beautiful as it did. My family and I cannot express how grateful we are to Paul. Over a year later the photos and videos still take our breath away and make up still feel like we are still there. The cake was delicious (I'm so glad we made the decision to have 2!) There is nothing about my wedding day that I would change and I look forward to working with Paul again in the new future for a second photo shoot. His work is just stunning. He truly has the ability to make you feel so comfortable as a photographer and not many people can do that. In itself that is worth everything! His packages could be priced much much higher for what he offers. It just radiates off the entire team that they love what they do and that they are there to make your day better and to serve you!

Hawaii our dream beach wedding!!!!!
Hawaii was our dream beach wedding destination that came true on beautiful Waimanalo beach on Oahu with my toes in the sand!!! We got married with Aloha Island Wedding!!! We got two DVD’s, our wedding vows and first dance!!! We got to choose four songs to represent our love!!! We have tons of wedding photos!!! I loved a few of the slow motion moments in the DVD’s with my wedding dress as I was walking to my husband and a moment during our first dance as husband and wife!!!! Aloha Island wedding provided a christian minister to marry us who was amazing, gentle, kind, funny, down to earth, warm heart like you already knew him for years!!!! People still can’t believe the beach colors in our photos its crystal clear!!!!

My Ex GF Wendi and I got Married back in May with the Help of Aloha Island Wedding. I contacted Paul about 13 days prior to the Wedding with no expectations. Paul put Wendi at ease and made sure she got what she wanted, from colors of her head dress along with what flowers to use. The most creative and artistic Engagement/Wedding photographers on the island! Such a pleasant experience working with them for our Engagement photos. I loved their ideas and inspirations for the photos. My fiancè and myself took two sets of photo shoots with Aloha Island Weddings, one on the lovely setting of Lanikai Beach and the other in front of the Hawaii Theatre in downtown Honolulu. For majority of my adult life I've been so used to planning events; day events, family events, public events, to large marketing events, but let me tell ya - planning for a wedding especially my own in a place I have never been before and knew nothing of, was the most over whelming event I could ever imagine.

Paul and Dewi did an amazing job with only 2 weeks notice. We didn’t expect much at the time. We really just wanted a beach ceremony and they turned it into a dream wedding. Paul went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Dewi and Paul did our photos too and they came out perfect. I can’t thank them enough. Their an amazing and super friendly couple who are extremely professional.

Wow wow wow. Paul and Dewi are amazing and super sweet. They helped us out so much within 12 hours. We called around 11pm and Paul was so nice, he was very professional and genuinely sounded like he was honored to do this for us. I got scared because I thought they would think we were scammers since it was a very super last minute wedding. We were so amazed with everything they have done for us in a short period of time. It was beautiful and everything was how I would have wanted that day. My husband and I appreciate everything they did for us. Every time I had a question or request, Paul would reply back asap. We had a wonderful experience! We renewed our vows and we’re so happy with how it turned out! From the first phone call with Paul we knew we were in good hands. They took care of every detail! The ceremony was beautiful and felt very intimate. They took a ton of photos and made us feel great! What a spectacular day for us!
Paul did a wonderful job with our wedding. I was very busy and didn't have much time or effort to put into planning. (During my engagement I was taking 20-22 credit hours per semester to finish my degree + working.) Paul's wedding package we selected included everything we needed without having to reach out to all the different venues ourselves. The flowers, bouquet, cake, photographer, arch, chairs, videographer, decorations, minister, limbo to and from, flower leis, after ceremony refreshments, wedding video and probably a lot more, were all included. Paul and Dewy went above and beyond and spent so much extra time with us making sure they had everything correct, and even did some extra pictures and video after the wedding. He also helped us connect with local hair and make up artists, and dinner catamaran excursions. The good thing about aloha island weddings is that its not a corporation. Paul individually works on each wedding he does and works personally with each bride. He listens to what you say. Every picture I found on pinterest and asked if we could make happen, he found a way to do it! If I could go back and do it over again I would do it all the same way. I think a common misconception about my wedding was that, because it was a destination that far away, it must have been so much more expensive and so much more work for myself , but that was not the case at all. Paul and dewy took care of everything! And it actually ended up coming in under budget. When it came down to it, I was shocked at how much I was able to relax and actually enjoy the wedding day. No drama, no stress, perfection. It would not have been like that if I had to have been the one that put everything together. I BLOWN AWAY by the pictures. Look at them for yourselves, they are gorgeous. If you are looking to have a destination wedding I highly recommend Paul and Dewy.

I want to give a shout out to Paul Agung for making our day so beautiful. A dream come true. I always had this dream of my life getting married - at the beach in Hawaii. Never never this really happening. thought my dream would've not be real after having many things happen has growing up. 02-08-2019 thanks to my husband of course for making this day come reality and for his effort, love and honesty. My daughter was married yesterday and we are just thrilled with the way everything turned out!!!!! Beautiful day and everything was amazing from the setting , the flowers and the minister, photographer and Paul!!!!! Would highly recommend using these two!!!!!!!
The crew at Aloha Island weddings are dream makers! Every step of the planning process was stress free and even with the threat of hurricanes sabotaging our beach wedding, we were assured our wedding day would be perfect...and it was! Blair and I got married on the 6th of September 2016. I found my wedding stress free going through Paul. I thought that planning a wedding overseas from Australia was going to be very difficult but going through Paul we Facebook messaged and skyped through every step. It was easy to pick a package and then if you wanted anything extra he would try and make something work for you. We got married at Waimanalo Beach and it was absolutely beautiful!! Thank you again Paul!
